Refund policy

At Haachi Kaagu, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@haachikaagu.com with your order details and photographs of the product.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or customized products may not be eligible for return unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
